Description

Our tall step back bookcase has been designed by Marc Wood and each is handmade in Somerset by Marc and our small workshop team using natural, sustainable FSC Redwood timbers.

Our large modern rustic style bookcase is made from chunky natural wood with 6 wide open shelves to display your house plants, ornaments, favorite books and games.

Our large wooden bookshelf with a deep base has been thoughtfully designed by Marc with a classic pediment top piece and traditional jointing techniques throughout.

  • Measures 80 cm wide x 180 cm high.
  • With an upper section 19 cm deep: with 4 shelves, each with 25 cm of height.
  • With a lower section 32 cm deep: with 2 shelves, each with 31 cm of height.
  • With a sturdy lower plinth and decorative molding at the top.
  • With a solid high quality plywood back panel; alternatively we can use a wooden ‘tongue and groove’ back panel for an additional £40.00.

Water resistant Danish Oil finish;

The tall step back bookcase in the main pictures has been finished in a light wood Danish Oil finish and we also offer a dark wood finish, please choose when ordering.

Our Danish Oil finish is hard wearing and water resistant.
