Our sink cabinet with drawers has been designed by Marc Wood in our signature ‘dovetail ‘ style and is handmade by Marc and the team in Somerset UK from natural, sustainable FSC Redwood timbers.

Keep your bathroom tidy and organised with our modern rustic style floor standing vanity unit; the maximised storage of a double wooden cabinet and drawers is also ideal for your laundry room or utility room.

Bathroom wash stand measures 80 cm wide x 85 cm high x 50 cm deep with a neatly rounded overhang (main body measures 76 cm wide x 48 cm deep)

With double ‘dovetail’ doors featuring brass hinges and a ball catch closing mechanism.

Door handles are the inset ‘groove’ style, set in the middle of the inner door panels (on request round wooden handles can be used instead)

With a single shelf in the cabinet section with 38 cm of height x 43.5 cm of depth.

With 2 chunky drawers each with 18.5 cm of height and minimalist cut out handles (on request round wooden handles can be used instead)

Wooden wash stand comes with a solid Plywood back panel.

What height should my sink stand be?

Standard bathroom basin height is 10 cm to 15 cm, and it really depends on the sink stand design which you prefer; one with a counter top sitting ‘vessel basin’ or a classic inset ‘drop in’ sink.

Standard sink cabinet height for an inset or ‘drop in’ basin sink is between 80 cm – 85 cm and has more been recently trending towards 90 cm so as to be comfortable for taller members of the household.

If you are looking at our sink stand cabinet for a vessel or ‘sit on’ sink, it is a good idea to choose your basin style first or have a good idea of the height that this will be so that you can take off the height of the basin to get your ideal cabinet height.

Water resistant Danish Oil finish;

The wooden sink cabinet with drawers in the main pictures has been finished in light Danish Oil and we also offer a dark finish option, please let us know your wood tone choice when ordering.

Our Danish Oil finish is hard wearing and especially suitable for humid bathroom or laundry room conditions.
